Our Interview Process

We believe in hiring smart, motivated people and keeping the process transparent and respectful of your time. 

Step 1: Application Review

Our HR team carefully reviews your resume, portfolio, and application details to assess alignment with the role requirements.

Step 2: Introductory Call

If shortlisted, you’ll receive a call for a quick intro.

Step 3: Technical/Skill Test

Depending on the role, we’ll send you a task to assess your practical skills.

Step 4: Technical Interview

You’ll speak with our tech or department lead.

Step 5: Final HR Interview

This is where we align expectations, discuss company culture, benefits, and growth path.

Step 6: Offer & Onboarding

If all goes well, we’ll roll out an offer. After confirmation, onboarding begins!
